Outdoor Metalwork

We have designed and fabricated custom outdoor metalwork for over twenty years and counting. Although we are primarily a welding shop, our craft is born out of the traditional coppersmith techniques of double lap joinery and soldered seams. All of our outdoor work utilizes these fabrication techniques, along with the option of solid rivet joinery.

We also offer the option of any outdoor project being crafted from thick welded materials, which would guarantee a product lifespan well beyond a century. While copper is the most popular metal for outdoor use, zinc is equally durable and growing in popularity.

01

Double Lap Soldered Joinery

This is the traditional way outdoor metalwork has been created for centuries. The end product should last for decades, if not longer.

02

Rivet Joinery

Riveted joinery is a reliable way to fasten metal together and is not only durable, but also adds depth and detail to the product.

03

Fully Welded

By far the strongest way to join metal, it requires thicker gauge materials and an expert welder. The seams should last for over century.
